Our roots
Andrea Lee is an award-winning former journalist and public relations professional with more than two decades’ experience in strategy and storytelling. She founded Willowtree Communications in 2026 after working as a vice president at two Toronto-based PR agencies. Her focus is on helping leaders and organizations drive results through clear, effective communication. Previously, she spent 15 years as a reporter and producer in Canada and the U.S., including 12 at CBC News. Her experience spans investigative, local, national and international news; U.S. politics and major global events. She speaks English and French fluently.
